Mr Mohamed Saleem Noormohamed is a Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal, Bariatric, and Robotic Surgeon based in Worcester, providing specialist surgical care for a wide range of gastrointestinal and weight-related conditions. He practises across both the NHS and private sector and consults at Spire South Bank Hospital, Worcester.

His clinical approach is centred on careful assessment, clear communication, and evidence-based decision-making. He completed specialist training across multiple UK centres, followed by advanced fellowships in bariatric and robotic surgery, including the Gore Bariatric Fellowship and the Johnson & Johnson Bariatric Trainee Pathway.

In addition to his clinical work, Mr Noormohamed has held senior roles in service development and surgical governance, leading bariatric and robotic upper GI programmes. He is also an NIHR-funded researcher, currently completing a doctoral degree focused on in vivo endoscopic diagnostics, and has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters in leading surgical journals.

He is actively involved in surgical education as a Royal College of Surgeons surgical tutor, ATLS and CCrISP instructor, and faculty member for national simulation training programmes.
